30 Years of History... From an infant church in 1977, housed in a small building on Pennsylvania Street, Pastor Billy & Brenda Hale have led Landmark Tabernacle into a thriving, multicultural congregation. It has been a journey of inspiring faith through the many challenges of reaching lost souls, establishing saints and constructing buildings in the city of their calling. Because of their vision and the impact of their ministry, Landmark Tabernacle has become a beacon of hope for the Mile High City. They have expanded their ministry beyond one building to over 40 locations across the city of Denver with “Church in the House.”













Landmark’s Denver Project is a community-based program to build better communities while reaching souls with the Gospel. Project Rescue ministers to hundreds of people each week incarcerated in the federal prisons, juvenile detention homes and halfway houses. It is common, on a weekly basis, for people to come into the church from the streets and receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. The Student Impact ministry incorporates young children and teenagers into serving in the body of Christ in an effort to develop our future leaders. Under their anointed leadership, the church supports over 140 foreign and home missionaries. Landmark is a church on the move with a strong spiritual foundation and fresh vision to continue its reach to the people of Denver with Christ’s Gospel and to always be a place for future generations to continue in Apostolic ministry.













Pastor Hale’s message has always been one of prayer, consecration to God, faith, and reaching the lost. The intensity of their burden for souls and passion for God is felt through their ministry and exampled in their life. He has served as the District Superintendent of Colorado of the United Pentecostal Church International for 23 years. They were married 40 years ago and have been in the ministry for 39 of those years. Both of their daughters are married to preachers as well. They have 7 grandchildren.
